When all payment is completed, you have to pick a shipping or delivery date. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You need to choose the next available shipping date at your convenience.

The breed warranty contract and the care guide will be sent together with the dog.

You have to pick up your dog at the airport closest to your location.

We also provide a personal or Home delivery service for an extra fee. However, the cost of the personal delivery service varies depending on your destination and season. Please contact for details. If you have any questions, you can contact us for a detailed answer.

We'll deliver it directly to your destination safely.
